Yes, we can only supply properties with a prepayment meter already installed.
All customers that switch to E have a 14 day cooling off period in which to change their mind. At E, we want you to remain with us because you want to, not because you have to; once you have switched to us we are so confident you will be happy we won’t penalise you for leaving with an exit fee.

Because it’ll show you exactly what you’re using and when, you can learn how to save energy – and potentially reduce how much you use.
