Yes, we can only supply properties with a prepayment meter already installed.
All customers that switch to E have a 14 day cooling off period in which to change their mind. At E, we want you to remain with us because you want to, not because you have to; once you have switched to us we are so confident you will be happy we won’t penalise you for leaving with an exit fee.
No, we do everything for you.
It’s not the meter itself that saves you money, it’s the information you’ll get from it. Because it’ll show you exactly what you’re using and when, you can learn how to save energy – and potentially reduce how much you use. You’ll get a clearer insight into how much energy different appliances and actions use, you can modify your behaviour to make savings.
We will send you a welcome pack within 5 days with an estimated start date. We will post your key and/or card in approximately 3 weeks’ time together with confirmation that your supply has switched to E.
