Can I change my mind?

All customers that switch to E have a 14 day cooling off period in which to change their mind. At E, we want you to remain with us because you want to, not because you have to; once you have switched to us we are so confident you will be happy we won’t penalise you for leaving with an exit fee.

Do I have to tell my current supplier I am switching to E?

No, we do everything for you.
